STRIDE Account Deletion Request

We value your privacy and give you full control over your data. If you wish to delete your STRIDE account and all associated personal data, please follow the steps below.

How to request account deletion:
Send an email to stride@onneedle.co.za from the email address associated with your STRIDE account.

Please include the following in your email:
Subject Line: Account Deletion Request

Body:
I request the deletion of my STRIDE account and all associated data. My registered email address is [Your Email].

What happens next:

Once we receive your request, we will verify your identity to ensure account security. All your personal data, performance metrics, and profile information will be permanently deleted from our active servers within 14 business days. Please note that some data may be retained temporarily in secure backups for legal or security compliance purposes before being fully purged.
